Chanakya College Of Physiotherapy - Hostel - Rules & Regulations
- I shall abide by all hostel rules and regulations. In case of violation I may be punished.
- I will make entries in the hostel movement register.
- I will be present in my room at the time of attendance.
- The I shall not stay out overnight without prior permission of the warden.
- I shall not leave station without prior permission of the warden.
- I shall not keep any guest in my room without written permission of the warden.
- I shall not cook or take food in my hostel room.
- I shall have cordial relations with other inmates and shall not disturb them.
- I shall not indulge in any type of ragging.
- I shall take care and be responsible for public property of the hostel.
- I shall not keep electrical appliances (Music system, Heater/iron etc) in my room.
- I shall not keep jewellery, cash or other valuable item in my room, if I keep it will on my own responsibility for missing of any article hostel authority will not be
- responsible.
- I shall lock my room while going out.
- I shall not keep vehicles without prior written permission of the warden.
- I shall attend all hostel functions/ meetings etc.
- Leave from the hostel will only be granted by the orders of the principal and one mail has to be send by the parents for the same.
- students have to report in the hostel late by 8:30 pm otherwise fine will be charged.
- After completion of the course/ term in the institute, I shall immediately vacate the hostel room and shall hand it over to the Chief Warden personally and shall
- obtain no dues certificate from the Chief Warden.
